  • If you have placed an order with us but have not received an order confirmation, it may be because it has been placed in the spam folder. Please take a look to see if it might have ended up there.

    It could also be because you entered the wrong email address. Please contact us and we can help you check if we have an order registered for you. If the wrong email was entered, we can correct it and email you your order confirmation.

    It may also be because the order has not gone through, please contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.
